Women Leading Regeneration Summit

FACE to FACE ONLINE GATHERING

April 28-29, 2020

"There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish."
~ Michelle Obama

Coming together as Women and welcoming the Men who support us, We know it is time to act in Unity and with profound Purpose for the Healing of ourselves and our world. We gather online to co-create a shared vision for action. Looking into the eyes of our nation's youth, we see that the future is for them and it for us to safeguard its promise. As women in business, academia, agriculture, and civic service, we gather to hear from one another, to share our hopes, dreams and challenges. To speak to what is required to attend to the imbalances of our ailing planet and society while elevating what is nourishing, regenerating and motivating to act with shared purpose. Using our expanding capacity to evolve the places we touch with the wisdom of long term perspectives, we will speak to how to enrich business performance as we build impact beyond the bottomline.

The Women Leading Regeneration Summit is At the Epicenter’s celebration of the spirit and power of women leading from within a diverse spectrum of industries and backgrounds. As we are all living through an unprecedented experience, coming together to remember the ongoing issues that deserve our attention is important. This gathering will offer meaningful exchange and interaction between women from diverse backgrounds and communities. We will explore how we continue to make progress on social justice and inclusion, investment in women-owned enterprise and healing our land. If bringing your values to the workplace and gaining insight into how to improve the positive impact of your brand or service matters, then join us. Women Leading Regeneration is different from any online conference you've attended. Why? Because your voice matters and is heard.

Regeneration
re·gen·er·a·tion  rəˌjenəˈrāSH(ə)n/

Regeneration is the process of renewal, and restoration that makes life and ecosystems resilient to natural fluctuations or events that cause disturbance or damage. Regenerative concepts take sustainability to the next level, moving from ‘doing less bad’ to actually ‘doing good’ for people and planet.

Why The Summit

Women Leading Regeneration (WLR20) opens women and men to the myriad opportunities to collaborate across sectors, state boundaries and brand affiliations. The foundational focus of our shared work is harnessing the power of commerce to provide wellbeing to people and planet in every step from production to product so we restore and regenerate our land, air, water, communities and biodiversity for generations to come.

Who’s Coming

Women Leading Regeneration draws from a diverse community of contributors and participants, which includes entrepreneurs, executives, farmers and ranchers, academics, investors, and innovators of all stripes.  We are a tapestry of women and men who celebrate the rising leadership and influence of women in our communities, as pioneers and leaders. We are women and men who are ready to grow a movement for the regeneration of how we define leadership and the means to positively impact our world so all life thrives.

We are providing donation-only ticket options for those who are experiencing hardship due to COVID-19

Driving Diversity, Inclusion and Impact of Women with Q&A

Now more than ever, there is an increased understanding that it is vital to grow the influence of women's perspectives in leadership roles within companies to shape the economic future. It also necessitates that women of all ethnicities, skin tones, and orientation have equal access to leadership positions. It is also important that women seek positions that have true power to effect the direction of companies and communities. From boardrooms to the C Suite, we ask how do we elevate women to be in these roles and how do we position ourselves for consideration?

Women on the Land with Q&A

Women networks are emerging and women leaders from all walks of life are stepping up to shape the future. This powerful feminine force is not about separation. It is about infusing the design of solutions and new paradigms with its unique essence: nurturing, courageous, uncompromising, multigenerational, loving. Nowhere is this essence and energy more needed than in the imagining and redesign of our food and agriculture - our entrepreneurial relationship with the land. “Women of the land” will reflect and share their experiences of daily work immersions in Nature, their views of the future for the land, farming and ranching, and their dedication to creating a new stewardship paradigm for the Earth. Representing different cultures and landscapes and united by their love and commitment for the health of the land, this panel will fill us with inspiration and joy.
